Notice of Annual General Meeting 2022

Notice is hereby given that the Pei Chun Alumni Association Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2022 will be held on Sat 17 December 2022, between 3.00pm and 4.00pm. The AGM will be held in a hybrid format - physically at the Pei Chun Alumni Association premises and virtually via Zoom. Please indicate how you will be attending the AGM by completing the reply slip attached and replying via the channels listed on the slip. The agenda is as follows:

1. President’s Address
2. Annual Report
3. Confirmation of minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
4. Financial Report
5. Election of Executive Committee 2023/2024
6. Any other matters
